9.0Struttura accogliente, pulita, ben accessoriata. Staff gentile, ottima colazione. Posizione eccellente, con stazione della metro a soli 5 minuti e molte attrazioni a distanze ravvicinate.
Ok for temporary stay but not so convienient in terms of facilities.

− 1. second toilet didnt have any proper washbasin waste coupling 2. second bath room the one in the lower level is the not usable itself.. bath tub is not working there is no way waste going from tub, there is no shower working

Soggiorno da 7, struttura con grande potenziale
7.0La casa è ben strutturata e ben organizzata. Molto comoda per gruppi anche da 6 persone con l’apertura del divano letto. L’host è stato molto disponibile e tempestivo nell’intervenire al momento del bisogno. Molto cortese anche per il cambio del check out.
− Unica grossa pecca, uno dei due bagni puzzava di fogna e l’odore era impossibile combatterlo, abbiamo provato con un profuma ambienti ma niente da fare. Nella stanza senza il bagno ci sono spifferi nella finestra subito sopra al letto, abbiamo tappato con un asciugamano e il problema è stato risolto.
Soggiorno perfetto, posizione a 10 minuti circa da 2 stazioni metro, unica precisazione i divani letto non sono apribili

− Casa fredda. Per fortuna poi il riscaldamento è partito e tampona il fatto di avere finestre sottili e piene di spifferi.
