All in all, the location was good, comfy, but it needs improvement, especially with the cleanliness.

− We received a different accommodation, not the one in the picture, but it wasn't bad at a first glance. I am saying that because it was dirty and the room facing the street was very noisy, as it wasn't any window there.

− I have never gave a bad review before but this I had too ! NO ONE SHOULD EXPERIENCE THIS HOST - the picture used on booking.com and the apartment it self are not the same . - we went for over 10 days and the host waisted 3 days from us because " there water system had issues " they would ask us to stay and wait for them to make house renovations . We didn't mind but they say they will come in the morning and not show up util like 4 pm , this happened multiple times as I stated before,ruining our plans . - After a few days we wanted to extend for a couple of days more so we spoke to the host and they said to extend we don't need to use booking & that he would just extend it for us , after we paid him for the remaining days , they said we need to evacuate due to some technical difficulties, when we had two days left . They said they would provide another accommodation " same standard " - before moving I asked the host to show us the new home to see if it's suitable, he refused to take us . During the back and forth he may have send over 4 places that were just breakfast in bed .finally one of our family member yelled at him so he took him to see a near by apartment he claimed to own . The apartment didn't even have two full bed , mind you we are 5 . He told us to sleep on the sofa ( one person sofa ) not the big one. - we refused so he gave us another apartment, with only one big sized bed and two tiny beds . - we had no choice but to move out - when we did they didn't even give us that much time to pack they sent someone to kick us out , they said they would provide us with a car to transport our luggage since we had a lot but they lied . - later to find out they kicked us out even though we paid ! To rent it to another guest . There was no renovation emergency!!!!!!! - the apartment they gave us was HORRIBLE! A lot of malfunctioned items they didn't fix , for example hot water .

The furniture was good and the property is clean, the staff behaviour is bad

− The staff attitude and behaviour and respect was very bad, threaten to cancel the reservations when we have reached at the property outside with full family in the sun and forced to pay $30 just to enter even though it’s non refundable, Asking for Airport shuttle but no response even though we agreed to pay hence we stayed in the airport for more than one hour looking for shuttle. Reaching at the property and stayed out for 45min and requested to pay $30 without a previous agreement The refrigerator is not working and the TV is not working as we have promised to be fixed There is no specific location in booking
