It was such a nice apartment, clean and beautiful, everything was close, we loved it!

− Only minus is the main door, the sound of it woke us up many times. We stayed in the second floor, I can only imagine the sound for the first floor apartment.

El apartamento es más bonito de lo que aparece en fotos. El barrio es tranquilo, y muy bien conectado a la estación de Santa Lucía y al puente de Tre Archi.

− La lejanía para los principales monumentos, aunque pasear por Venezia es siempre una gozada. Se estropeó el aire acondicionado y el responsable del establecimiento no respondía a los mensajes y con la cantidad de mosquitos que había en la zona por la proximidad con la laguna, no podíamos abrir las ventanas ya que no tenían mosquiteras. Así que estuvimos con el abanico y con mucho calor.

Die Lage ist super!

− In der Beschreibung steht, dass es eine Küchenzeile gibt. Auf einem Bild in der Werbung war eine Mikrowelle zu sehen. Die gab es nicht. Wir frühstücken aus Gesundheitsgründen ein warmes Gericht. Das konnten wir nicht kochen und mussten dafür in ein Lokal gehen, wo ein warmer Brunch angeboten wird. Wir erwarten eine Erstattung von 30 Prozent der Mietkosten wegen Vorspiegelung falscher Tatsachen. C. Schneider

Great stay, location, and set up for what we wanted.

Location was great for us who like to travel like locals. In a Venetian neighborhood, did not have a commercial feeling, close to train and bus station, easy to navigate to esp. for us from America and not used to the absolutely random streets and walks in europe, beautifully appointed and very fresh, good comfortable bed, great coffee service in room, quiet, not in middle of tourist business but close to everything including water taxi services both private and public, large roomy with a nice dining table with good chairs, enough coffee cups and glasses for beverages, and I could go on and on with my praises.

− We had to buy our own TP as there was only a partial roll when we came in. There were only three coffee pods for coffee maker for 4 nights stay and two people.

No breakfast

− Room was booked and paid in advance. Did not get further instruction for 2 weeks. In sorrento at 11pm the day before srrival I got a message we would not be allowed in unless we provided passport info etc. Due to late night I called the next morning from Naples and sent 2 passport photos. They could not find them. On arrival in Venice we found property and called but due to property being in an alley not good reception. The property agent, possibly from Pakistan, said they were 40km away and we could not go in. Told us to fill out required info online. We told them no internet in alley so they finally agreed to allow us in first entry doorway which has wifi signal so I could send passport photo a 3rd time. They said they had notified me prior to last night but I did not get it. When I asked them to find the 2 emails with passport photo I sent from Naples they could not find them. Finally got the passport photo sent in the entryway..then he told us to go upstairs and out in code. He never mentioned the code was for a keybox..so we thought it opened the door. Initially, he gave us the wrong 4 digit code and kept saying " did it open".. we thought he meant the door. Then he gave us a 2nd code and I figured out it may be a lockbox to obtain the keyword and I opened the box and got in. When I told him he should have told us it was a lockbox to open for the actual key he said he was sorry. I travel for a living over 30 years. It's the worst property management handling of a situation I have ever encountered. Not the property owners fault of bookin.com..it's the property managers..not helpful at all. If they claim they sent me the passport requirement prior and I didn't get it..it's the same as them saying they didn't get the 2 passport photos I sent from Naples.
