Ich habe bezahlt, aber keine Unterkunft bekommen.
1.0Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass ich den Schlüssel nicht bekommen habe und die Wohnung nicht betreten konnte. Ich konnte nicht in der Wohnung übernachten, obwohl ich dafür bezahlt habe.
− Ich sollte den Schlüssel in einer benachbarten Straße in einem Kiosk abholen. Dort war aber kein Schlüssel für mich hinterlegt. Telefonisch war niemand zu errreichen. Später habe ich dann doch jemanden erreicht, der erklärte, ich könne den Schlüssel nun im Kiosk abholen. Das war aber nicht wahr. Ich habe keinen Zutritt zur Wohnung bekommen, obwohl ich bezahlt habe. Booking.com hat mir zugesagt, ich bekäme mein Geld zurück. Ich hoffe, das stimmt, bisher habe ich es noch nicht bekommen. Es gab keinen freien Parkplatz in der Nähe des Hauses. Auch beim Kiosk gab es keinen Parkplatz. Man sollte nicht schreiben, es gäbe Parkplätze, wenn nicht wirklich damit zu rechnen ist. Ich hatte den Eindruck gewonnen, ein Parkplatz gehöre zur Wohnung und stünde für mich bereit.
