Cosy duplex in Central London

Grubby, dirty, would not recommend.

The location was good.

− It was dirty. The floors hadn’t been vacuumed, the cutlery, crockery was dirty, if you moved anything in kitchen benches there was debris’s behind everything. The walls were grubby, smoke alarm missing its cover, list goes on. The property manager manager offered to get appartment recleaned, given the fact the cleaner didn’t even vacuum I certainly wouldn’t trust them in the appartment when we were not there. I was not prepared to spend one day if my holiday staying in to get the flat cleaned. The stairs carpet leading to flat was gross. Spillages all over it. Would not recommend.

A nice stay overall for 3 people for 3 days, location is good and the host is helpful.

Located in a nice area (Marylebone), shops and metro stops nearby. The living room with a sofa bed had air conditioning which was a relief in the heatwave. The host was very responsive and helpful with any issue we had. Very easy to collect the keys from the key safe.

− We had very little water pressure in the shower (host came over and tried to fix it, but it did not get better). The kitchen sink was a little clogged. The apartment partially has stone parquet so some slippers would be nice. Also the apartment looked a bit different than in the pictures.

Very convenient to central London.

Nice duplex in Marylebone

It’s a cosy apartment indeed. Kitchen with Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine, complimentary capsules, tea bags & biscuits. Sitting room with comfortable sofa and big TV. WC in perfect condition with a modern shower. Quiet street. The flat is on the west side of Marylebone and within walking distance you can find New Quebec St, Montagu Sq, Nobu or Bakker St.

Muy buena ubicación. 5 min. andando el metro de Edgware Street con varias líneas de metro, andando 10 min. a Paddington Station, en general buenas conexiones de metro. Supermercado Waitrose a la esquina. Barrio seguro. Alojamiento en calle tranquila. Alojamiento acogedor, consta de una gran habitación con cocina, comedor y salón, bien distribuido, nuevo sofa-cama para tercera persona, se sube una escalera de caracol al piso superior, que consta de dormitorio amplio y baño. Las ventanas dan a la calle, muy soleado, pero muy tranquilo de día y noche. Bien par descansar y relajarse después de un día de visitas a la ciudad.

− En la cocina faltaban paños para secar y algunos trapos, esponja vieja y usada, bote líquido lavavajillas vacío, máquina de café en charco sucio. Me imagina que al limpiar ha sido un descuido o un olvido puntual, porque el resto del apartamento estaba muy limpio.

Super emplacement, dans un quartier hyper sympa et animé. La rue est très calme. Proche du métro, magasins, supermarchés, restos. Appartement très propre, beaucoup plus d'espace que je ne le croyais, lumineux, bien chauffé. J'y retournerais en famille (2 enfants sur le convertible du bas, 2 adultes dans la chambre en haut).

− Le canapé convertible n'est pas trop confortable. AU 2ème étage, ça peut être compliqué pour des PMR.
