Great location, felt safe and comfortable - and quiet. Local shops open late for groceries/snacks/drinks. Room was small (cosy!) but comfortable, with clean bedding and towels, nicely presented, and well aired, with a fan, so bearable even though the temperature outside was 30º+ Plenty of accessible sockets for charging phone, etc. Good wifi Other residents in the house were quiet and pleasant, and the kitchen, bathroom and hallways were tidy and clean Communication from the hosts was prompt, friendly and really helpful 😃 Great experience after a not-so-good one elsewhere recently! Thank you

− The availability of toilet paper was unpredictable, and I wasn't sure whether I should have brought my own, or was just unlucky about when it ran out. The shower was perfectly adequate, if a bit makeshift (the housing for the showerhead appeared to need some repair), but the water pressure was good Worth noting that the room is on the second floor, and the stairs are quite narrow and steep - wasn't an issue for me, but not suitable if you have mobility issues. (Being high up meant a nice view from the window though!)

Jednoduchý check-in a bezproblémová komunikace, klíček byl připravený v uzamykatelné schránce. Ubytování se nachází v úžasné a klidné lokalitě, v okolí je spousta obchodů i možností stravování. Metro je dostupné pěšky do 10 minut. Pokoj i koupelna jsou sice menší, ale čisté a pro jednoho naprosto dostačující. Sdílená koupelna nebyla vůbec problém, spolubydlící byli přátelští a vše fungovalo bez potíží. K dispozici je i kuchyň, kterou můžete využít. Wifi byla rychlá. Celkově je ubytování vzhledem k ceně na velmi dobré úrovni. Kdybych jel znovu sám do Londýna, klidně bych se zde zase ubytoval. Děkuji za pobyt.

− Schody v ubytování jsou poměrně úzké a postel byla měkčí, což nemusí vyhovovat každému. K dispozici byly dva ručníky, ale jeden z nich lehce zapáchal, takže jsem využil jen jeden.

The house is close to the station so it helped me move from one place to another quite easily. The bedsheet, pillow covers, duvet and towels were clean. The TV was great, it came with many channels.

− The room wasn't clean in general. The floor and table were not wiped. They had stains. The room is 2 stories up so it's difficult if someone has heavy luggage to carry. The staircase lights were switched off sometimes making it difficult to climb up and down.

Overall disappointing and misleading.

− The place was not as described. First, the heating was on full all the time and there was no temperature control, so the room was uncomfortably hot. Second, the listing stated that each room had a private bathroom, but this was not true — the bathroom was shared.

This property is in a convenient location in a nice, quiet neighbourhood, within easy walking distance of the Victoria line! Despite being on a main road it is relatively peaceful and quiet, and there are lots of shops for groceries in the area - the neighbourhood really feels like a community! Overall, this property was good value for the cost! The two flatmates I met were friendly. Everyone seemed to get along, and the flat is comfortable for the most part! It's just something to be aware of. Sharon and Don were also very helpful and quick to respond to any inquiries - thank you! I would be willing to stay here again.

− This wasn't too much of an issue for me, but be prepared to lug your suitcases up two very narrow flights of stairs in the dark (there are no windows in the stairwells and the lights may not be on). The main thing to be aware of at this property is that as many as 4 flatmates live here - the guest bedroom is the fifth. There is 1 bathroom for 5 people, and the washing machine was often busy, but the flat wasn't noisy or too inconvenient for the most part! The guest bedroom was small, but clean and tidy and comfortable (and well-lit)! However, the fridge and kitchen area were not really kept clean by the housemates; I usually needed to wash the dishes before and after using them, and the fridge had some food residue caked on the inside (with not much space to store food for guests). Also, I had to buy toilet roll because the flat ran out while I was there. Basically, this is a shared flat, so if you're accustomed to that type of living situation you probably won't have an issue here! It's a reasonable, well-priced, comfortable space as long as you're ok with living with others!
