10.0Great location. The apartment is beautify and spacious. Great showers. Well equipped, very comfortable - even had a choice of pillows...
− The elevator is old and slow. Reception is also a bit slow, to be honest. Could use a full body mirror in the apartment. But a great apartment, I'd stay there again!

9.0The location and it’s a proper apartment, good to save money in restaurants
− Personal a little bit rude , also before arriving I asked if there was a space to work whilst waiting for the apartment and they confirmed me so . Once on there ended up been that was no space to sit, they didn’t want to give me an early check in until the moment they realised of their mistake. At the end it was always empty the apartment.

− - No anda internet por más que te den el código para poner, NO FUNCIONA y a los que te atienden, como Jorge y Evelyn, tampoco les interesa solucionarlo. El departamento para 5 personas, tiene un minibar como refrigerador, solo eso. - no hay recipiente para poder calentar agua para Te, solo ollas. NO tienen tetera - no hay tostadora o artículo para tostar pan - el sofá cama, un desastre, atado con precintos el soporte del colchón de 8 cm.

Great location, 2 bedroom appartment for max 4 people, perfect for an active Madrid trip!
8.0Location was great and the appartment was modern and nicely decorated, which gave a pleasant feel and an inspiring vibe. The beds were great, and showers were great. Kitchen was modern and basics were there. The TV was also great as worked perfectly for an in-between-streaming of a favourite show. Perfect for maximum 4 people.
− It was not very clean. There was no water boiler, and there was not sheet for the sleeping blanket; There was a sofabed solution for the fifth person, but this was not very comfi. Maybe that sofabed is more suited to little kids. Recommending therefore as an excellent appartment of 2 bed rooms, but for a maximum of 4 people!
