7.0Nice and clean and comfortable and quite and central to where we needed to be the main bed base could do with changing but overall a excellent apartment

− The hearing was on when we got there in 30 degree weather. Carbon monoxide alarm kept going off wasn’t told about the health and safety with it. To collect the keys seemed dodgy The sofas were rock hard and filthy The bathroom was filthy and the air ventilation was backed up with a horrendous amount of dust There was a disgusting smell coming from the storage cupboard The bed was uncomfortable due to being broken The curtain pole in the bedroom was hanging off the wall Very dusty all around The lift going up to the apartment was still moving when the doors opened felt really unsafe
