10.0Location was perfect for our needs. The host had supplied us with tea, coffee and sugar so we could have a hot drink on arrival. If we needed to speak to him, he was always available and willing to help. He also gave us use of his personal parking spot because of parking restrictions in the area.

7.0We were delighted with the flat, there were a few relatively unimportant things missing, but the position and facilities really suited us. Bernard was a charming and helpful host.
