− When I arrived, there was no one to give me the key to the place, and they asked me to wait for three hours. Finally, after calling and texting, they brought the key after an hour. The apartment didn't have an elevator, and the Wi-Fi had a really poor connection, and there was no kettle in the kitchen to boil water for tea or coffee.

The location was a short 5 minute walk to S.Lucia train station and bus station. Apartment was homey, near a grocery store and laundry mat.

− The street noise, unfortunately there's a restaurant and bar a couple of doors down but after midnight it was quiet. The beds were not the most comfortable but okay. Only other thing is there's really no view nor patio to enjoy the weather, but overall a great place to stay.

“Garden view” was actually a construction site view. Bathroom mould, lots of mosquitoes and bites

− We booked a “garden view” but the windows opened directly onto an active construction site. The bathroom had visible mould to the point we didn’t feel it was safe for our toddler to bathe. There were dead mosquitoes throughout the apartment and we were bitten all night, so none of us slept the first night. The building has 40+ steep stairs, no lift, and no help with luggage; staff also asked us not to leave our stroller at the ground floor, meaning we had to carry it up and down every time, on top of managing luggage and a two-year-old. This property is not suitable for families or anyone with mobility needs. The listing should clearly disclose the construction outlook and stair access, and the mould and mosquito issues need urgent remediation.

Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e alle fermate dei vaporetti. Appartamento pulito e completo di tutto. Cristiana ci ha fornito ottime informazioni su locali, vaporetti, luoghi da visitare.

Lage und Klimaanlage super, ansonsten schwierig.

Lage für Erkundungen in Venedig top. Nicht allzu weit mit den Koffern zu gehen. Durch Klimaanlage schlafen gut möglich, obwohl Schlafzimmerfenster straßenseitig hinausgeht und unten bis in die Nacht ein Lokal betrieben wird.

− Einrichtung und Möblierung mehr als in die Jahre gekommen, sieht auf den Fotos viel besser aus als es in Wirklichkeit ist.. Der Teppich am Wohnzimmerboden ist wirklich grindig. In unserem Apartment nur ein unbrauchbarer Minirundtisch im Wohnzimmer. Ein abgesperrter Metallkasten im Wohnzimmer, ebenfalls völlig unbrauchbar. In Summe sehr ungemütlich im Wohnzimmer. Badezimmer innenseitig ohne Frischluft, nur mit Lüftungsschalter. Der auf den Fotos gezeigte Blick auf den Garten war bei unserem Apartment nicht vorhanden, einzig aus dem Küchenfenster wenn man sich verrenkte sah man in der Ecke ein wenig Grün. Obwohl wir im Voraus viele Whatsapps zur Übergabezeit austauschten war die Schlüsselübergabe dann eine Stunde später als vereinbart.
