9.0Notre accueil par Gaby a été excellent. Elle a été de bon conseil. Un grand Merci à Gaby, L’appartement est très bien situé par rapport aux centres d’intérêts de Venise. L’appartement est clair, confortable et bien équipé; La vue du can depuis les balcons est superbe.
− L’appartement est situé au sommet d’un immeuble sans ascenseur avec 50 marches à remonter plusieurs fois par jour. La hotte ne fonctionnais pas et nous n’avons pas pu faire fonctionner la climatisation,

9.0Excellent emplacement. L'appartement est grand et agréable avec une vue sur le canal et très calme. Nous avons été extrêmement bien reçus pour la remise des clefs.

Beautiful, well located rooftop apartment with attentive hosts.
8.0A beautiful and typically Venetian rooftop apartment within minutes of Rialto Bridge, Strada Nove and Campo SS Giovanni e Paolo. Easy access to Fondamenta Nove for the Alilaguna Blu line to/from the airport. Very comfortable sitting room with Sky movies, large dining table and a well equipped kitchen. Plenty of wardrobe space and loads of hangers. The brand new washing machine and the Venetian washing line outside the bathroom window overlooking the rooftops and down to the canal. Our hosts were charming as was Gaby who met us from the boat and talked us through local eateries along the way.
− Access to the apartment is up three steep flights of stairs which was no fun in a heatwave, even with relatively light luggage. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or heavy luggage. The air conditioning unit was ineffective. Hopefully this will be remedied forthwith.
