− Staff was thef There is nothing like brash toothpaste etc in the room. No smoking zone inside the hotel. Non sound profe.

Their supervisor was honest and respectful. Without her, I can't solve my cases. She was standing with me until resolving my issued.

− The problem was as we agreed from the beginning before I selected the types of rooms. In fact, I have kids just why I was always chatting with them to make sure about my request. When I came to the hotel. Everything was different and even the Iron was not available in the hotel. But the condition of the rooms mentioned is available. When I was asking the reception about it they said If you want you have to pay. I told them, why in booking hide everything. My advice for everyone be careful when you select any hotel and if items are not available in your room don't say no problem because this is your right.

Nice but only for a short stay

The location was great close enough to the main entertainment and shopping areas that you could walk there. The pool looked very nice but small.

− I was on the 3rd floor (really it's on two levels above ground) and you could here the traffic early night and day. I asked for a late check out (only two hours) as my flight was in the evening, they agreed but at an extra cost to me which I thought was a bit too much. What they offered for breakfast was not much however, I asked if they could make an omelet for me which they did (plain only).

Zimmer sind neu renoviert, sinnvoll ausgestattet. Das Bad insbesondere die Dusche ist sehr gut. Lage sehr zentral. Man kann das Schnellboot, den Bus oder die Bahn gut erreichen und überall hinfahren. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist gut und reichhaltig, wenn man keine gehobenen Ansprüche hat.

− Es gibt im Prinzip nichts zu meckern. Das Hotel liegt in einem Viertel das überwiegend von Indern und Muslimen frequentiert wird. Für Paare ist das allerdings kein Problem, ebenso für alleinreisende Europäer, die mit seriösen Absichten Urlaub machen.
