10.0Freundlicher Empfang, nützliche Tipps, reagierte schnell auf WhatsApp. Wohnung geräumig und komfortable. Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und in der Küche, die 3 Schlafzimmer hatten Standventilatoren. 2 vollwertige Badezimmer mit Pflegeprodukten. Duschen baulich bedingt sehr eng. Garten ist in zwei Bereiche aufgeteilt: Terrasse mit Sitzecke und Wiesenbereich. Alles eingezäunt, sehr gut für Hunde. Fester Parkplatz vor der Tür. Zufahrt zum Haus etwas holprig. Florenz mit dem Bus (1,70€ pro Person) sehr gut zu erreichen.

10.0It was homely. Lovely and comfortable. Simone was there to greet and give us run down on property. Offered to get supplies for us, however, we opted to go back into city via bus to get them ourselves.

10.0The apartment is perfect as for the long, as for the short stay. It is comfortable, very well equipped, quiet, spacious and has a nice garden. The host is a very nice person. The location is convenient to go to Florence by the bus 36. The bus stop is 5 minutes walk from the apartment, and it goes almost to the very center. I definitely recommend this place to stay, if you want to discover Florence, and at the same time stay in a comfortable place with the own garden.
