The location is really good. There's a lot of transportation nearby. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a washing machine and a fan.

− The day before, I asked for check-in instructions. The manager/owner replied, "Key box." I was very surprised on the day of check-in that the apartment address on Booking.com didn't match the actual address. It was completely wrong and impossible to find on my own! I'm a foreign tourist, and I have to pay 20 euros for internet to request the instructions again. Why couldn't you send them the day before when I asked? So, 20 euros were added to the cost of my reservation for the check-in fee, and we also had to carry two heavy suitcases for an hour all over the street because we didn't know where to go. Be careful, the gate code isn't working correctly. When you enter the first digit, it doesn't display, but the digit is entered! So, you enter five digits, but four are displayed. Can you talk about this in advance? Is it difficult for you? Also, check-out on Booking.com is at 11:00 AM. But they sent me a message saying I need to check out at 10:00 AM because cleaning starts at 10:00 AM. WHAT??? I also have to take out the trash, turn off the heating, etc. That's Ок, but why didn't you send me this information in advance? Not an hour before check-out? We were on an excursion this morning and didn't plan to do any chores because we didn't know what to do! So we didn't do any chores. There was a lot of black hair in the shower, and the toilet seat was broken. The stairs were very narrow, making it difficult and awkward to carry a large suitcase. These apartments are full of problems. The problems are easy to solve if you want to. But you don't, because the previous reviews are similar. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Close to public transport. It was clean, comfortable and had everything you short stay.

− Didn't find out the exact location of the property until a couple of hours before check-in, which when traveling 30hrs to get to London would have been helpful to plan journey to get there. I provided this feedback yo the owner. Comms with owner wasn't great when I asked several days earlier if I could drop my bags off earlier and find the location, had to follow them up.

Nixht gefallen hat uns dass in der Anzeige eine falsche Anschrift angegeben war. EWie wir von Nachbarns erfuhren, besteht dierses Problem schon seit längerem. Hatten keinen Kontakt mitz dem Vermieter, dass wir ihm hätten persönlich sagen können.

− Nachbarschaft ist nicht sehr beruhigend. Bei McDonals sitzen den ganzen Tag über 5 und mehr Wohnungslose, jeder zweite Gast kauft nichts und sucht nur die Toilette auf. Auf der Straße wird man laufend um Hilfen/Geld gebeten. Hat nichts mit der Wohnung zu tun - hätten wir das vorher gewußt, hätten wir nicht gebucht.
