8.0Location was fantastic. Just a 2 minute walk to Rialto Bridge and a 5 minute walk to St Marks Square. Loads of great restaurants on the doorstep as well. The host (Lucia) was also extremely helpful. Great directions to the property and also felt like nothing was a hassle. I was travelling with my 16 year old daughter and Wife and on our 2nd day the hairdryer broke. I reported it to the Lucia and the hairdryer was replaced that day. Exceptional service 😃
− The apartment was great, although the chairs in the living room weren't particularly comfy. Didn't really bother us as we were hardly in the property. Also, it would have been great to have 2 x pillows on the bed (personal preference i guess).
Lovely apartment and excellent location but stairs difficult with luggage.
8.0Good location (heart of the city and near ferry port) and the host was very communicative. The AC and WiFi were excellent.
− Trickier than other places to find that other places, stairs were hard to navigate with heavy suitcases.

− Please be sure to say that the key box is in the window at the end of street; we were a bit confused on key box location But staff texted us rite away
the flat itself is great, except the entrance and the noise at night
8.0it was a flat with the kitchen so I cooked my breakfast myself, the location was the most central, which had its bonuses, however, it was very noisy at night
− the flat is on the third floor, which is quite tiring to climb up. The windows look over the street which is great, however, the noise at night was pretty serious. The windows have shutters and curtains though
