L’emplacement: à 10 min à pied du centre historique, très calme malgré la période, plein mois d’août! le balcon et les salles de bain et toilettes dans chaque chambre😊

− I travel by car and always check the parking availability. And Landlord lied about parking. He says nearby and 20 eur per day. It is not nearby and 1.5 day parking cost me 100 eur + 2 fines I will wait from cameras (because home is in the restricted zone). When I say this to landlord he said that he is not parking attendant. But he doesn’t hesitate to write lies about parking in his listing. Home is also old and doesn’t fit the current rating’s. Mobile internet also doesn’t work at the neighborhood. (Home has Wi-Fi but if you go out you lost your connection with the people who are at home) Worst experience ever.

The position of the apartment to tourist spots was great - 15 minutes walk to the Uffizi Gallery; 20/25 minutes walk to other attractions. It was great for our family - one double bed and two singles (separate room) and both bedrooms with a bathroom which was very welcome. The kitchen was well equipped and there was air conditioning in both bedrooms which was a Godsend (very hot whilst we were there). Cooking basics (oil, salt and pepper etc) were in the kitchen which is always great when travelling.

− There were steep stone steps to the apartment which may be challenging for certain people with luggage. Whilst we were staying, repairs to the roof were taking place, therefore scaffolding was blocking the balcony which we had not been told about. A bit of a shame as this was one of the reasons we had chosen the property. The owner was understanding and apologetic when we brought this up with him, so no hard feelings.
