8.0The location was the best. Very close to the Arsenale vaporetto stop but far enough away for the business of the main tourist areas. It was so close to the tourist areas and gave easy access to Murano, Burano, Lido, the bus and train stations via the vaporetto network. We loved having a washer and a drier. So glad I brought sone washing powder with. The sleeper couch was useful when open to use for our big bags. The aircon kept the place cool. The security was amazing. Very secure door and windows. Loved having a little kitchen.
− I wish there was a coffee machine and directions or recommendations to a reasonable supermarket close by. Not having a person to meet and greet and ask questions was not great. We love meeting owners/managers who are locals and can give you good local info. Doing everything via WhatsApp and letting yoyrself in with a key in a lockbox was impersonal. Would be nice to have a welcoming coffee. No basics in the kitchen except salt and some olive oil and some old ground coffee in the bottom of a tin. No ice water in the fridge. There is a filter jug. Should have been filled and left in the fridge.

− Aire acondicionado con fuga , había que poner un cubo para no mojar el suelo , con un ruido que no dejaba dormir . Lo notificamos e indicaron mandarían a alguien para solventarlo , nadie llegó 😡
Top Lage (Biennale!)
7.0Also erstmal ist die Wegbeschreibung per Video absolut super! Ebenso die Lage (besonders für Biennale-Gänger!) direkt am Arsenale. Die Ausstattung und das Ambiente sind grundsätzlich schön und wie auf den Fotos. Für einen Biennale- oder Städte-Trip durchaus gut! ABER...
− Der Muff-Geruch ist wirklich allgegenwärtig in dieser Wohnung. Man versucht es mit zahlreichen Duft-Öl-Behältern und Duft-Steckern zu übertünchen, aber das macht es eher noch schlimmer, da zum Muff nun auch ein süßlicher Duft hinzukommt. TIPP: alle Duft-Öl-Behälter in einen Schrank stecken und das Fenster am Eingang (ist mit Eisenstreben gesichert) die ganze Zeit geöffnet lassen! Dann wird es durchaus erträglich :)

− Byt je trošku zatuchnutý, ťažko sa vetra, keď ste na prízemí a z každej strany je vám vedieť dnu. Keď sme zapli klimatizáciu, začala tiecť dovnútra, takže sme boli celý pobyt bez. Je trochu zvláštne, že si zaplatíte cca 220€ na noc a ešte si po sebe musíte umývať riad, vyniesť smeti atď. Som celkom rada, že nám nechceli zobrať kauciu za to, že som neoprala posteľné prádlo.

8.0Nettes Apartement, gute Lage und im Sommer angenehm kühl. Ausstattung ist ausreichend, die Röume sind grosszügig.
− Die Infomappe ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die infos/ Handhabung zur CityTax war unnötig kompliziert.
