7.0Bom espaço para uma pessoa, ótima localização se precisar de estar perto do aeroporto, cama confortável só é pena não haver televisão, o meu quarto ficava dentro da cozinha partilhada e também havia uma marquise disponível para relaxar. A vista era de outros prédios porém é uma zona muito tranquila com um mini mercado a 5 minutos de distância. O quarto tem também um cobertor extra e um ventilador.
− Tive alguns problemas de barulho com outros hóspedes porém os hosts fizeram o possível para resolver a situação.

8.0Clear and easy-to-follow video instructions provided to pick-up the key from the Guest house with codes. Internet. Accomadation was great and clean, well-equipped (appliances in the shared kitchen, towels, a wardrobe in the bedroom). Sleep quality and comfort. Guest house is well situated, close to the city center. There are restaurants in the neighborhood.
− The communication was not easy. I provided personal data in April and was asked to fill in the same data in July so 3 month later. When asking questions related to the accomadation, the reservation and the guidance my questions remained unanswered for days and weeks from the Guest House so I missed the pro-customer approach and more flexible communication to build trust and have pleasant experiences.

1.0Close to airport. Room was suitably clean. Shared kitchen and bathroom with other guests. Fan in room but small.
− Bathroom smelt damp and mildew, did not want to shower in there or use the towels or spend much time there. Uncomfortably hot, did not get any sleep as windows let in ridiculous amount of noise from outside as if we were sleeping on the street. So so hot in the room.
