− Very unpleasant experience. The AC unit was not working when we checked in. The host's only solution was to offer us a table fan, which was completely inadequate in 100°F weather. The apartment was extremely hot, stuffy, and uncomfortable. The beds were also very squeaky. On our first night, the power went out around 9:00 p.m. After waiting several hours with no resolution, we had to leave at around midnight to find alternative accommodation. The next morning, we returned around 11:00 a.m. and the power had been restored, so we assumed it was only a temporary issue. However, when we came back again around 3:00 p.m., the power was out once more for another two hours. At that point, we did not want to risk staying there another night. We had booked the apartment for four nights but were unable to stay even one full night because of the repeated power outages and lack of air conditioning. Despite this, we were still charged the cleaning fee simply because we had checked in.

Це був чудовий досвід! Дуже приємне спілкування з власницею, умови, як і на фото, досить тиха квартира і недалечко від головних місць. Дякую!

− Нічого критичного. Я поставила 9, бо є лише дрібні деталі. Було б добре мати одноразові капці, олію для готування та якісь спеції. В спеку було б добре побачити в квартирі хоча б пляшку води. Ми розібрались з плитою (там є сковорідка, яку вона не "бачить", то краще її прибрати), але з кондиціонером в спальні ні (схоже там якийсь таймер і дає можливість включати тільки режим фену на короткий час), але хазяйка квартири намагалась нам допомогти дистанційно. Ми не схотіли турбувати вдруге. Ну і ще я ставила ставку на терасу, але там не прибрано, спекотно і повно комарів, тому ми не змогли нею скористатися

Nice stay but if you need an invoice/receipt for the payment of the City Tax, then stay elsewhere!

Location is good. The appartment is well equipped. It is quiet as it is facing a courtyard.

− The A/C unit was not working in the bedroom mezzanine and it was hot during the nights. It has been impossible to receive an invoice or a receipt for paying the City Tax in cash. Cash these days is something from the past and not accepting cards or Apple Pay payments is beyond me. Not receiving an invoice is probably the worst thing.

We liked the location, the kitchen and the mini loft area where the comfortable bed is located.

− The fact that the main frying pan was damaged.

Very great space to stay with one caveat.

Well located space, close enough to the attractions that you can walk in very little time, but also quiet. There is a grocery store very close by, along with excellent restaurants and cafes. The apartment has many excellent amenities, including a washing machine, great air conditioning, and a well appointed kitchen. The bed is comfortable and there is a decent amount of space for hanging clothing.

− The stairs for the bedroom loft were very steep and difficult to navigate. My spouse and I both felt unsafe trying to ascend and descend them at night. We wish there would have been more information about the loft in the description in the posting, as the stairs make the apartment not suitable for everyone.

Great location, beautiful space and perfect as base camp to explore Tuscany.

− For week long stays like ours, a bit more shower gel, toilet paper and a bit of oil for cooking would be ideal. But we understand these are extra commodities.
