10.0Excellent communication, we were greated at the door and had help with all of our luggage up the elevator. Had a walk through of the apartment and provided with very helpful tips and recommendations for around the city. The apartment was very spacious and clean, had everything we could need. The bonus space of the beautiful terrace was a highlight for sunsets! Location was amazing, large grocery store around the corner along with many shops, cafes and restaurants. Bus stop across the main street and walking distance to many areas. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
A great 4 day stay in Florence. A beautiful walk to the Duomo and other sites in Florence.

10.0Location was very convenient for walking in to town. There were lots of places to eat and shop nearby. Good recommendations for restaurants to try in the information provided. Air conditioning was valuable too.
