Es war leider sehr dreckig und wir haben uns dadurch sehr unwohl gefühlt.
4.0gut gelegen und schöne Räumlichkeit mit Klimaanlage.
− super schlecht geputzt, verschmelter Badvorhang, dreckige und schlechte Ausstattung in der Küche
Nächstes Mal im Hotel nebenan am Prager Platz, das hat 4 Sterne und ist sogar deutlich günstiger.
3.0Eigentlich nur die Lage.
− Insbesondere der Fernseher war nicht brauchbar (keine Fernbedienung), was bei gleichzeitiger Fußball-WM definitiv ein Mangel war. Die Position im Erdgeschoß ist auch nicht meine Sache. Und die Zwischentür zum Bad wies bereits einen Schaden am Türgriff auf, dieser war teilweise ausgerissen. Ansonsten ist die Ausstattung ähnlich spartanisch wie in einem Knast.
Grundsätzlich gut, aber....
4.0Top Lage mitten im Güntzelkiez. Das Apartment ist im Berliner Stil mit Hochbett witzig gestaltet. Das Bett war bequem, nachts ist es ruhig. Für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermittlungsbüro war sehr gut.
− Die Darstellung des hellen, einladenden und in freundlichen Farben gehaltenen Apartments stimmt nicht mit der Realität überein. Inzwischen sind die Räumlichkeiten stark verwohnt, Möbel teilweise beschädigt, Wände und Decken schmutzig, ebenso das Fenster. Weiterhin roch der Raum nach Rauch, obwohl das Rauchen verboten ist.
