10.0Hôtes très disponibles , se mettant en 15 pour faciliter le séjour. l apartement se situe dans un endroit très agréable, populaire , aus meilleurs sens du mot: entouré de vrais vénitiens , sympathiques, aimant leur culture. L'apartement esty excellemment bie équipé, avec clim 2 wc, grande batterie de cuisine. La terrasse est magique, et le voisin de terrasse très aimable et communicatif. Une petite coop tout à côté, bien achalandée. On est presque en face de la place St Marc, et à 10 minutes en vaporetto. Nous conseillons sans réserve.
− Un peu compliqué ppur les poubelles et le tri sélectif, mais c'est tellement un détail...

9.0The apartment has a great location and a magnificent roof terrace. It was very well equipped and clean. We recommend it wholeheartedly.

8.0Guidecca is a very nice and quite neighborhood -we loved to stay there. The apartment is quite modern and on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator which is very helpful. The terrace and balcony allow for sunbathing -which is not why we came to Venice. The supermarket COOP is around the corner which is very handy.
− The only big minus was the internet which did not work -most likely the router did not functioning so we relied on our EU roaming. The kitchen had a lot of left overs (vinegar, salt ,sugar) from previous guess (which was nice and helpful) but I would advise to check the content before using it.
Very comfortable - also suitable for a business trip.
9.0Wonderful location. Big apartment with all you need including two bathrooms. The balcony / terrace offers an outstanding view. Very quiet. A small supermarket, some restaurants and a ferry boat station are just around the corner. The owners are very friendly and very well organized. They offer their help in case you have any questions. I was here for a business trip but I can imagine that it is an excellent option for a private short trip to Venice.
