10.0La presenza di due bagni. Ottimo il condizionatore. Ho utilizzato anche l'angolo cottura. Non manca nulla. È vicinissima ad un ponte parallelo al Ponte vecchio.

8.0Proximité Centre ville, Climatisation, Salle de bains, restaurants a moins de 200 mètres a pieds; Calme dans l'immeuble.
− Prévoir le remplacement de la Cafetière Prévenir les clients que les petits dejeûners sont constitués de gateaux en sachets. Il faudrait ajouter un lexique des restaurants a proximité , conseillé par le propriétaire....
