10.0Прекрасное расположение квартиры, выход сразу на небольшую площадь, от Сан-Марко 10 минут пешком. Сама квартира чистая, приятная, для тех, кому интересно почувствовать себя настоящим венецианцем - идеально. Это гораздо приятнее, чем жить в отеле. Хозяин отличный, сразу скинул всю информацию в ватсап. В том числе порекомендовал хорошие места для обеда/ужина, также быстро отвечал при возникновении вопросов. 💛 Приятное дополнение - котик Биби каждый день на окне соседнего дома))🥰
− Со входной дверью в квартиру нужно быть очень внимательным. Она захлапывается и если ключа нет, открыть невозможно. При выезде мы вынесли чемоданы и случайно закрыли дверь, ключ остался внутри. Как нам сообщил хозяин, открыть ее в таком случае можно только с мастером. Мы еще раз приносим извинения хозяину, и надеемся, что он смог справиться с проблемой быстро. 🙏🏼

− Bed very uncomfortable. Shower head didn’t have anything to hang it so had to hold the shower head which was very inconvenient

− Host tried to charge us an extra €40 for late check in even though the process is a self check in. When we refused as he couldn’t explain why we had to pay €40, we were able to check in without this charge. This also wasn’t communicated until the day before and it is not obviously noted anywhere in the booking. Very basic apartment very dark and musty. Fine for 1/2 nights.
