Kommunikation null, Unterkunft kurzfristig seitens des Inhabers storniert! Niemals mehr wieder!
1.0Dazu kann ich überhaupt nichts sagen, weil ich nicht mal so weit gekommen bin, das zu beurteilen!
− 1 Tag vorher wurde die Buchung auf einmal seitens des Inhabers storniert. Angeblich aufgrund eines Rohrbruches. Man hat uns eine andere Unterkunft für einen Tag später angeboten aber es kam nie zu einer Antwort auf die Fragen. Kommunikation absolut unterirdisch. Mehrfach auch versucht, telefonisch jemanden zu erreichen. Am nächsten Tag (angemerkt: wir haben immer noch keinen Schlafplatz bekommen) nochmal telefonisch probiert. Dann ging jemand ran und man konnte uns aber nicht weiterhelfen, weil derjenige nicht am Rechner sitzt und nachschauen kann. Er würde sich in einer halben Stunde zurückmelden. Ich warte heute noch auf Rückruf. Hatte zwischendurch natürlich auch selbst nochmal probiert, aber auch da ging wieder niemand ans Telefon. Die Unterkunft wurde bereits im Februar gebucht. Unsere Vermutung ist, dass der Inhaber gemerkt hat, dass man für den Zeitraum viel mehr Geld nehmen kann (es waren mehrere größere Veranstaltungen) und unsere Buchung storniert. Also niemals mehr wieder!

7.0Er is een kluisje waar de sleutel achtergelaten kan worden. De hygiëne is redelijk. Voorzieningen zijn oké.
− De ruimte komt niet overeen met de foto's. De foto's staan door elkaar heen, je weet niet welke bij jouw appartement horen. Zo kreeg ik dus een kleiner appartement (met name de leef/woonruimte) dan ik verwachtte.

3.0− Das Badezimmer hat sehr streng gerochen (nach ungeputzten Aufguss), die Dusche war stark verschimmelt,, auf Herdplatte starke Dreckspuren, Fenster/Fensterbretter dreckig , Handtücher völlig verwaschen und kratzig , das Treppenhaus und Eingang dreckig (nicht einladend), Zimmer warm, Fenster können aber nicht geöffnet werden, da Straße davor sehr laut .

10.0The location was amazing, the other people staying there were really kind and considerate. Lots of great restaurant options within walking distance. The tram wasn't far away either.
− Nothing really, was a great location too! Enjoyed my time in Berlin. But only wish it was longer!
