8.0- Les équipements complet de l'appartement (cuisine, vaisselle, Papier toilette, serviettes, draps,tv...) - l'emplacement proche d'une supérette au rdc pour faire les courses. - l'emplacement proche pour les vaporettos - le style de déco de l'appartement (art design) - le professionnalisme de l'hôte Sara - de ne pas devoir faire le ménage à la fin du séjour :-) - le Chromecast
− - Comme je l'ai dis à Sara, les voisins du dessus malheureusement, bruyants, ne pensant pas aux voisins en dessous d'eux ( pas de tampons sous les chaises, ni les tables ..) Chaque matin, nous etions réveillés à 7h30 max et le soir ils se couchent vers minuit... Et faisait une lessive tous les matins à 7h et tous les soirs! - Un chien qui aboie souvent côté salon. - A savoir, le chauffage n'est pas fonctionnel du 15 Avril au 15 Octobre en Italie.

9.0Тихий район для проживания, рядом остановка, магазин, рестораны. Сами апартаменты имеют все необходимое для комфортного проживания, также понравился декор. Кровать была удобная, спали очень хорошо. Вокруг тишина.
− Если уж придраться, не хватило ложки для обуви)) это мелочь, но нужная вещь🙂

Giudeca tiene pros y contras, analízalo bien antes de elegir este alojamiento.
8.0El apartamento es muy amplio, la cocina daba juego para cocinar pasta, y demás. La zona, Giudecca, es más barata y menos masificada que Venecia, de largo. La anfitriona fue encantadora y super solícita.
− La ubicación implica coger un bono de barco-bus si o si. Lo tienes que usar todo el rato, con lo que pierdes tiempo, y sobre todo dinero ya que son carísimos. Pros y contras. Para cenar por ejemplo es genial, porque hay suficientes sitios y son buenos, y bien de precio en relación a Venecia. Para desayunar, lo mismo. Pero si quieres por ejemplo ir a dormir la siesta, o el día que te tienes que ir, tienes que llevar las maletas contigo. Son dificultades adicionales.
