10.0Extremely clean and enough space for two people. Perfect for travellers visiting Florence, with it being a short walk to the main train station and Florence's main attractions. Highly recommend Dion Guest House!
A very nice property at good price
9.0The apt. Is newly remolded and very clean and nice. The location is good as well. 10 min. away from the train Station. The owner is very responsive. Check in is very easy with instructions.
− The sound proof is poor. You can hear the neighbors clearly. That is the only concern I have. Otherwise this property would be rated at 10.

10.0All good. If you need a place for a comfortable sleep, take a nice shower in a super clean bathroom, and even make your breakfast in a neat kitchen- it is an excellent place! I will not pick it for a longer stay due to the lack of daylight, but for exploring the town for a couple of nights- absolutely!
