Great location and staff was terrific.

Locations was great and the staff was wonderful. They created lovely map that highlighted restaurants, sites, and shopping. All the restaurants recommended on the map were great. Especially a brunch place Aussie/American owned within 5 minutes walk called Melalueca. Yum. The apartment had fabulous AC which was needed as there was a heat wave and temps were 98-100 degrees Fahrenheit for a week.

− This wasn’t a problem but be aware that it’s 60 steps to this particular apartment. Two rooms overlook the street where there was some street noise. Luckily we travel with silicone earplugs for such things.

It is a huge place! The kids loved how many rooms there were and how spacious it was. Great location as well. Cynthia was very helpful and met us here and gave us a tour right away. Located right next to a supermarket as well and close to everything.

− Air conditioning worked well but be careful not to use more than 2-3 at a time. Our power went out within 10 min of getting there because we had the AC on in most rooms. It was so hot out so we wanted the cold air. But it worked fine in the rooms you have it on for. Just don’t blow out the power like we did. Cynthia came right back to fix it for us.

Location was excellent.

− The two front bedrooms facing the road were an absolute disaster. Don't expect to get any sleep. The property is right across from a public car park that starts parking cars for people early in the morning until well into the early hours of the following morning. FYI, the ear plugs you supply don't work. Two flights of stairs (64) are a killer with luggage and no lift. This should be made a lot clearer in the ad.
