The lobby alone sets the tone—modern, elegant, and welcoming. Our room was spacious, spotless, and outfitted with smart features that made the stay feel effortless. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the technology intuitive, and the attention to detail truly impressive. The staff deserves a special mention: warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Every interaction felt personalized, and their pride in this new property really shines through. We will definitely be returning! 15/10 stars Whether you're traveling for business or relaxation, this hotel delivers comfort, luxury, and convenience in equal measure. I can’t recommend it highly enough—an outstanding addition to the area and one I’ll definitely return to.
Sublime hotel where you enter another world of Florentine perfection
10.0The most superior hotel ever experienced! Incredible team of staff providing service beyond excellence with warmth and care. All staff get to know you personally. Interiors are sublime. The detail in the rooms, observatory and dining areas are beyond compare. Every detail has been kept to traditional origins and of the highest quality. Location is peaceful but allows for relaxation and a true cultural experience. Food is not only prepared to perfection but produce is local kind of incredible quality.

10.0The most incredible stay! I never wanted to leave the hotel. The staff went so above and beyond in every aspect - I felt so spoiled every single of my time here. Collegio is definitely worth its price tag and is such a dreamy way to experience Florence!!

10.0This property is beyond amazing. Everything about it exceeded my expectations. I extended my stay three times because I couldn’t imagine anywhere in The world I’d rather be. The staff is exceptional and beyond welcoming and accommodating.
