10.0O apartamento é muito confortável e completo, com uma grande TV, ar condicionado, máquina de lavar, cozinha compacta, incluindo cafeteira, fogão de indução, micro-ondas, geladeira e todos os utensílios de que precisamos. Tem também uma lava-louças. O apartamento no subsolo tem uma varanda. Destaque para o atendimento da Olala Homes que é excelente. Alem de ser possível fazer todas as interações através do website, inclusive a negociação do early check-in, que funcionou perfeitamente, o atendimento através do WhatsApp também foi ágil e prestativo. Outro ponto positivo é a facilidade de acessar a rede do Metro através da Estação Cabo Ruivo, que fica bem próxima.
− Um detalhe que pode ser relevante, especialmente para pessoas com problemas de mobilidade ou transportando muitas bagagens é o fato de o acesso ser por escadas. Neste caso, pode ser recomendável verificar se existe a disponibilidade de reservar um dos apartamentos no piso térreo.

Perfeito para visitar Lisboa em família
10.0O "Apartamento com Jardim (4 adultos)" tem a área ideal para uma estadia curta (2 noites) de 3 adultos e 2 crianças. Fica no rés-do-chão, numa rua com possibilidade de estacionamento (pago mas gratuito ao fim de semana). O apartamento tem um pé-direito alto e grandes janelas que abrem o espaço. A possibilidade de usar o jardim foi um grande bónus, muito útil para as crianças pequenas que precisam de se movimentar. Apesar da Gare do Oriente ser perto, só do jardim se ouve algum barulho. A zona é calma e a localização é perfeita, fica apenas a 10min a pé do Pavilhão do Conhecimento ou do Oceanário.
− O secador de cabelo é ensurdecedor. A Netflix é um bónus também, mas os desenhos animados mais vistos são dobrados em espanhol e língua original (inglês). Não consegui encontrar canais portugueses com programas infantis. Talvez a TV seja demasiado smart para mim. Não consigo recomendar o restaurante do início da rua, é preferível andar mais um pouco e ir ao Parque das Nações.
