At first look you can see a big and spacious apartment with refurbished look. There are 2 TV’s with tons of channels and Netflix, that our kids appreciated in the evenings, before bed. Kitchen was well equipped. Lisabon center in general is terrible for parking but there is a public garage nearby (15 minutes walk) that is expensive but you are happy with this setup in Lisabon.

− Coomunication with the oeners is on poor level and we only got the check-in instructions at the exact time of check-in, on check-in day. This is really bad for any planning or even understanding that everything is okay with your booking (you definetely do not want to be stranded in streets at midnight with two small kids. On top of that, we did not receive any information or feedback from the owners although we did try to communicate. Only after contacting Booking support we got a reply. Apartment owners knew we are coming late in the evening with two small kids and they did not bother to prepare the couch bed for kids. Extrrmely poor or no mobile phone signal ; no wifi. We stayed for 5 nights, I would not do it again; after day one apartment had a moisture smell inside although AC was running and we were opening windows occasionally… Water drainage in the shower was jammed. Apartment was dusty. There was cuttlery only for 3 persons. This is a party street so there was extremely loud noise every day (I take it that this is not necesarily a downside of the apartment itself, but good for you to be aware of).

Really nice apartment, fantastic location, stay on the first floor. I am sorry, no noise from outside; if you open the window, the life of the area is fantastic. Near by you have a really small backary that is the one of best .from all Portugal. .

Ottima posizione. Appartamento molto curato e accogliente.

− Il soggiorno è stato complessivamente molto positivo, salvo una sola serata poiché in un appartamento/locale adiacente al nostro c'era una festa e facevamo fatica anche solo a parlare tra noi a causa del volume molto alto della musica.

Overall delighted with the apartment, the service, and this beautiful city.
