10.0I don't think you could find a more beautiful place to stay in Florence. The house is excellent, but the garden is exquisite! Monica is the most gracious host also! It is pretty close to everything but across the river, so much quieter. There are several restaurants close by as well as a nice supermarket. We had a wonderful time there and would definitely book again!

10.0Sehr schönes Apartment im Haus der Gasgeberin Monica. Die wesentliche touristischen Ziele sind in 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Absolut Spitze ist die Mitbenutzung des ruhigen Gartens der Vermieterin. Monica war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Her 1200-year-old house near Ponte Vecchio is full of charm and history, with a peaceful garden that feels like a secret oasis. Monica is a warm and welcoming host, and her three friendly cats—Maty, Isy, and Lilli—along with her turtles, added a lovely, homely touch to the stay. The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, yet the house offers a quiet escape from the crowds. If you’re looking for an authentic, cozy, and unforgettable stay in Florence, Monica’s place is an absolute gem. Highly recommended!
