The hosts are so so sweet and wonderful, we immediately felt welcomed and they provided great recommendations for the area. They even provided free small snacks and coffee in the kitchen which we were able to use to our heart's content. The place was so clean and tidy, I have no complaints. You have storage space as well! I personally really liked the location since it was quiet and near a fantastic café.

− The location is a bit far away from the city centre though it is connected by tram so that does at least get you closer but not all the way. Wasn't a problem for us but it's something to be aware of

Lugar e maravilhoso, o quarto e um charme a parte. A anfitria muito gentil. Nos guiou para todos os destinos q precisavamos, com dicas de turismo e gastronomia. Permitiu que deixassemos a mala apos o checkout para q pudessemos curtir um pouco mais da cidade. Super recomendo. Quero voltar o quanto antes. Claudia é demais

A home away from home!!

Claudia and Alessandro were amazing, they really went above and beyond to make me feel at home and to make sure I had a lovely stay, even inviting me in for a home cooked Italian meal and showing me around the city. The room was beautiful and so comfortable, with a great kitchen facility that was well stocked with pastries and fruit and fresh bottles of water in the fridge each day, as well as tea and coffee. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is perfect, just a 25 minute walk into the city centre and right next to a tram stop. There's a fab arinici place at the end of the street and great gelato just around the corner. I cannot recommend this place enough, if I'm ever back in Florence this will be my go to every time!!

Comfortable and relaxing environment.

Lovely large room, with a comfortable bed and a kitchenette. The owners were lovely and friendly and helped with our luggage on arrival. There was a coffee machine in the kitchen area, and the kitchenette was always stocked with water, croissants, muffins and fruit. Location was good, whilst not right in the city centre it was only a 2 minute walk to the tram station. Great ice cream and pizza shop nearby.
