Small room, mediocre location, but friendly staff!
8.0Our room was incredibly small, almost uncomfortably so, but it was clean and visually pleasing. We were a little confused about the check in process at first (as I have only ever booked regular hotels that have staff on site 24/7, and I didn't realize this was closer to like a managed Air Bnb), but the staff member who helped us check in and out was very accommodating and super friendly. We were a little further away from the main sight seeing areas, but still within a reasonable walking distance for most. Our biggest complaints would be the very poor (almost non-existent) wifi and the ridiculous amounts of noise/rowdiness outside on the streets until the very early morning hours (which may be typical of all of Rome? or maybe it was that specific area...I wouldn't know).

− Sometimes the hot water takes a while to come in the shower, but not a big problem after a while.
We really enjoyed our stay, we had a warm welcome from Olga who ran through how everything worked.

− Unfortunately, on the second day there was a lack of hot water.
