We loved our 3 night stay here and didn’t want to leave.
10.0Air conditioning in both bedrooms and living area. Wonderful during the heat wave. Location, in the centre of Florence. View from windows was also superb. Apartment was enormous. Extremely clean and tidy. Comfortable bedding and couch. Bathroom facilities were very good with complimentary toiletries.

9.0Excellent host welcomed us with a smile and ahead of the agreed time, location is amazing you can visit a museum or gallery then take rest at home before going to the next one - very important when travelling with young kids. Amazing selection of restaurants, pizza and gelato literally 5 min away. Building entrance , apartment windows and bedrooms ceilings are epic!
− Didn’t affect our pleasant experience and we knew about this in the first place but it would be good if check out time was one hour later at 11:00 hours and not 10:00. Overall we liked everything!

10.0This apartment exceeded our expectations! The host, Elsa, could not have been more wonderful - she met us early on our check-in day and helped to arrange a taxi to take us to the airport when we left. The location was ideal and we were able to walk everywhere around Florence. The apartment was comfortable for our group - two adult couples. Even though the apartment is perfectly, centrally located, the windows kept the outside noise out and allowed us to sleep without any disturbance. We would be delighted to stay here again!
− Our only very small complaint was that there was not any soap in the bathroom - this issue was too small to even bother our fantastic host, Elsa, about.
