7.0The location is very convenient in a quite area a stone throw from biennale and main attraction, so it is quite a good place to be based.
− The apartment was a good fit for what I needed; however, there was no shampoo or soap which is something quite basic that I was expecting; an easy fix. The air con settings were a bit tough to get to work as I wanted.

− Not enough hot water plus the boiler was leaking, the floor was very dirty I had to sweep and mop it twice, very dark, impossible wifi connection, no bedside tables just 2 garden chairs, one of the air con not working, no side shelf in the fridge so everything has to be laid down, including your bottles, unfortunately we had to stay for 11days, never again in this place

10.0Perfect place, very clean and tidy. Housekeeper very friendly and helpflul. All our questions and problems were solved. Airconditiong, clean bathroom, well equiped kitchen. Definetely would stay here again, when i will be back in Venice. 2 minutes from Arsenale and Giardini. Thank you for this stay!

I do not recommend it to anyone! Dishonest service and a dirty, damp apartment!

− The service was dishonest – upon arrival, we were charged an additional fee of €150, which was not included in the Booking reservation. Thanks to the support of Booking customer service, I was able to recover this amount. The apartment was dirty and uncleaned. Basic necessities such as soap were missing. The rooms were damp and smelled musty.
