− Our stay at this apartment was quite disappointing. The ambiance was not pleasant, and several basic amenities were missing—there was no shower gel and not even a single towel in the bathroom, which is unacceptable. Extra towels were also not provided. Communication was very poor. I reached out via WhatsApp with a question, but never received any response. The WiFi connection was unreliable and did not work in some rooms, and there was constant noise from the doors, which made the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the staff’s behavior felt unwelcoming. There was no follow-up or communication from their side either during or after our stay, which felt quite unfair. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.
