8.0everything was spot on - pefect for a quick stay. location - walkable to most sightseeing spots. Itailan restaurant next door 0 great food and good value!
The roof top is a nice place to start your day with a light breakfast and friendly staff
9.0The location cannot be beaten.Its a short walk to nice restaurants and it is so central , you can easily access all there is to see in old Rome
− I require a wheelchair some of the time and you need to carry it up one flight of stairs before you can access a very narrow elevator.a light folding chair is recommended

3.0The location is good it is close to Piazza Navona, Vatican City and Campo Di Fiori. The air conditioning in both rooms was good. The rooftop is nice but you need to take the tiny lift to it. We were offered free breakfast due to the busted toilet.
− The apartments are located on the second floor. You need to carry your suitcase up steep steps and then take the smallest most claustrophobic lift to the second floor. We paid for a superior double room and upon returning to our room after going for a walk we were confronted by a disgusting odour. Appears that the toilet had detached itself from the wall so due to the fact that there is no staff located at the accommodation we had to sleep with the bathroom door closed and the fan on. Health Hazard! The next day it took an hour for a response to our message re the unsanitary bathroom. We ended up moving to a smaller room that was much noisier. We were not refunded any of our prepayment for the more expensive room and all emails have been ignored since our stay requesting a refund for the first nights accommodation.
Excellent location
8.0The location is great. Walking distance everywhere - Vatican, Pantheon & Piazza Navona. The staff is very helpful.
− Unfortunately the internet is not very good. The access to the lift is only from the 1st floor and the lift is very small (one person only). Breakfast is very simple.
