− - rapporto qualità prezzo basso - finiture non all'altezza - odore sgradevole in bagno - mancanza tenda sulla finestra accanto alla doccia (i vicini ti vedono mentre fai la doccia) - motori dei condizionatori sul terrazzino che scaldano quello e il bagno oltre ogni limite
