It was a great stay! It is stylish, clean and packed with everything that you need - a kitchen with all the appliances and utensils and basic ingredients that you would need for cooking, a washing mashing (with a dryer!), a good and modern tv (we could airplay videos from our iphones). Also the location!! I think it is the best one to stay in Florence, not to far from the main attractions and not in the busy touristy area. And not to mention the host! Such a great guy!! Thanks for all!

− The apartment does have an A/C but I must say its a peculiar one, and just a bit noisy, I personally wouldn't be able to sleep with this sound, and thankfully at the start of June it wasn't that hot. Also the apartment is a bit dark I would say as all the windows are facing the inner courtyard and all the sunlight is blocked by the walls. But the value for money here definitely outweighs a few drawbacks

We had a flawless stay and cannot recommend this apartment enough! It is incredibly obvious that every single detail was carefully thought out. The flat is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay, from wine glasses to an iron—they truly thought of everything. The location is perfect: situated in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, yet a 15-minute walk takes you right into the heart of the Florence center. Even better, it is very close to Piazzale Michelangelo, meaning you can enjoy the breathtaking sunsets every evening without worrying about a long or complicated commute back. Everything was simply perfect!

Andrea the host was very helpful. His recommendations were impeccable. The apartment itself was very nicely located at the quiet end of a busy street. It had everything we needed for a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. A great location close to the artisanal area of Florence.

Location is good, it is just across the river from the city centre, walking distance to all attractions. The street feels local, the unit itself sits within a block of apartments, all feel local and very quiet during the day and night. The apartment was very clean with enough amenities for our short stay. Even though the air conditioner was in the loft bedroom only, the downstairs kitchen, living and dining was mostly cool during the hot summer days. Good local restaurants, cafes and retail shops very close to the apartment.

− As the air conditioner is a portable unit, it requires emptying every few hours, which means carrying the unit into the bathroom to get rid of the water.
