9.0Appartement impeccable et idéalement situé pour visiter Florence. Accès très facile depuis l’aéroport grâce au tramway à proximité. Emplacement également pratique pour visiter d’autres villes comme Pise, grâce à la proximité de la gare Firenze Santa Maria Novella toute proche. Hôte attentif et réactif.
− Bruyant en raison du passage du tramway et des voitures, mais cela n’enlève rien à la qualité de l’appartement. Parfait pour un court séjour.

9.0Appartement charmant et idéalement situé pour visiter Florence à pied. Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine et nous avons trouvé tout ce qu’il nous fallait en termes d’équipements : machine à laver, sèche cheveux, fer à repasser… il n’y a rien à dire. La literie confortable. En résumé : appartement très propre et fonctionnel.
− La route en bas de l’appartement est bruyante, il s’agit du seul point négatif.
