10.0The communication from Stafano was excellent, he met us at the apartment & showed us where all the sites were on a map. Easy to access from the train station, great location with excellent restaurants & a supermarket close buy. Spacious apartment, comfortable, a/c and a washing machine. Best of all is the rooftop terrace with a view of the Duomo.
− Be warned there are lots of narrow stairs to the apartment, big heavy suitcases are not recommended.

− Lots of stairs although we were made well aware of this by the property manager. The shower recess was very small and the noise form the bins out on the street was also somewhat annoying without earplugs.
Great base in the historic district
10.0Great base to explore all that Florence has to offer. Close enough to the station for arriving, with luggage, by train. The bed was so comfortable and the air con made for great sleep after busy days in the heat. The roof terrace allowed us to sit out and listen to the hustle and bustle below, and the city bells, while having some downtime. A washing machine and ironing facilities made travelling with hand luggage doable.

10.0A lovely apartment right in the heart of Florence. I loved that I could see the duomo from my bed! Well appointed apartment within walking distance to everything. The terrace was lovely in the afternoon. The kitchen had everything you needed.
− It was a little noisy at night being in a square so lots of trucks early morning - but only an issue if you are a light sleeper. Suggestion would be to have an umbrella or shade on the terrace so you can sit and see the view out of the sun (the shaded area where the table is located blocks the view).
