Awful stay and a rip off - Would not stay here ever again!
2.0The location was not to bad which a few local shops around and a mini market opposite the apartment which was helpful. There is a decent sized pool but all deep so no good for kids
− Do not recommend you book this stay especially as a family. The host is awful as well as the reception and security staff who do not respond to any messages or problems during your stay despite telling them in the Turkish language. This is a total rip off for the amount you pay. 1. The air conditioning was not working in the lounge/kitchen area plus double bedroom. The heat was unbearable but with small children we had to put up with this as no one from reception or security was helping. I also made contact through booking.com directly to the property but no response! 2. The light in the bedroom with a double and single bed did not work at all. We had to stay and use our own phone torch to see what is happening at night time which is appalling! 3. Despite asking several times and checking before we arrived, we were not given any clean towels or sheets or told that we had to get out own toilet rolls. The trash was never taken away! 4. The toilet was filthy, mould and taps broken in both the bathroom and kitchen. Leaky toilet as well as toilet seat broken! absolutely disgusting! 5. Hazard in double bedroom with the mirror broken 6. The fridge door has never been repaired and has an awful loud squeak which woke the whole family up at night when getting a bottle of water! 7. The drain on the balcony is blocked! When running the AC in the second bedroom which is the only one that worked, the water would gather in a pool on the balcony and start coming back through the pipe leading to water dripping from the AC in the bedroom. All our luggage and belongings got soaked that were on the dressing table! We had to continuously mop the balcony ourselves to get rid of the water to be able to use the AC because this was the only bit of coolness we were getting in the apartment. 8. The cafe is never open and only food which looks like it has been there for weeks! very poor facilities.
