Wie schon gesagt, ich würde sie wieder nehmen.

Super Lage, gute Betten , sauberes Bad, lademöglichkeiten. Lokale, vaporetto Geschäfte nahe bei. Trotz diverser Defekte würde ich sie wieder mieten. Dann aber mit mückenschutz!!

− Auf dem Balkon konnten wir nur nebeneinander sitzen, nur ein Stecker in der Küche also Kaffeemaschine oder Toaster. Der Besitzer sollte mal 2 Nächte dort wohnen, dann sieht er was repariert werden muss und das Geschirr ein wenig auffüllen

L'emplacement près du pont academia rend très pratique l'accès aux différents quartiers. Situé entre le grand canal et les "quais", de nombreuses lignes de vaporetto peuvent être choisies. Des boutiques pas loin, mais la rue de l'appartement est calme. Climatisation dans le salon (bien orienter la télécommande), WiFi (j'ai mis sur temps à la trouver), lave linge. L'appartement est grand, de style un peu ancien mais chaleureux. Beaucoup de vaisselle. 2 jeux de clefs permettent d'être indépendants. La vue du 3eme étage est dégagée. Un balcon permet de se poser. Un ascenseur aide pour les bagages. Des petits produits sont offerts (shampooing,...) et un fond d'épicerie aide le premier jour. Nous avons été accueillis à l'heure convenue, au vaporetto, et on nous a expliqué les règles et donné plein de conseils avec le sourire. Merci !

− Sur les 2 salles de bain, seule la baignoire est fonctionnelle. La douche n'est pas utilisable car seul un petit filet d'eau froide s'écoule. Climatisation dans la chambre avec un tuyau à sortir par la fenêtre qui doit rester ouverte. L'immeuble est sonore et ne conviendrait pas à des enfants, d'autant qu'une des chambre ferme par une cloison. Une installation de moustiquaires aux fenêtres des chambres seraient une bonne idée. Les 8 radiateurs au gaz chauffaient à fond à notre arrivée. Pour en éteindre certains, les caches aimantés doivent être tirés.

The apartment was ok and near the Academia stop. Nice view and quiet.

− The lady Federica was rude when we finally met. The flight was late . We rang from the airport as instructed but then had no internet on the boat from airport. We were still waiting outside the apartment at midnight as she was 20 minutes away. She said she didn’t believe that we had tried to contact her! We were amazed that there was no bin to put our rubbish in. You are not allowed to put rubbish in the public bins and yet she instructed us to do that. The password for the internet didn’t ever work despite everyone trying many times. The apartment needed some care and attention as the shower heads wouldn’t stay up, many light bulbs didn’t work including the main light for the bathroom. Bedside lights would have been good. It was an a shame as on the whole the flat was ok.

we had a fabulous stay. It was clean spacious and central. quiet! We would recommend it and we would stay here again!

De location was excellent! It is in the walking distance from the major sightseeing points, but it was quiet. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby.

− The facility was old, and one shower was not working very well.
