Clean, confortable, friendly staff close to buses and train station
10.0We liked everything. Starting from the communication with the manager during reservation and agreement about check in till agreement related to picking up our luggage in the evening. The guy was always 5 minutes away, he was available to come and flexible for check in, check out and also for the time when we picked our luggage. Yes that is true, our luggage was safe and kept on the reception and we were able to pick it up right before our bus to the airport. I would also note thar the apartment was very clean, all furniture and things looked like renovated maybe in the last 2 or 3 years. So really good impresion from that perspective as well. Even the room was enough spacious for 3 adults. Also we could make a coffee in the morning while we.prepare ourself for check out which is very important for us. There was coffee, tea and sweats waiting for us. The air conditioning system was working perfectly making the room cold very soon after we arrived, very important for July in Rome. Very friendly and pleasent experience overall.

9.0Posizione comoda vicino alla stazione. Stanza bella, pulita e di ottime dimensioni, bagno e doccia grandi e comodi. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Ci è stata offerta anche una piccola colazione. Aria condizionata ok.
