1.0Nada. Absolutamente tudo horrivel. o que salva é a localização
− Antes de chegarmos, a Gabriella nos avisou que o ar condicionado do quarto havia quebrado e ela colocaria um portatil. E nao cobraria a taxa de turismo. Um detalhe, o ar portatil, precisa manter a janela aberta de noite, o que foi horrivel pois entra luz do teatro en frente e barulho por estarmos no primeiro andar. Entao ou era isso, ou dormir sem ar em um calor de 36°. Na manha seguinte enviei mensagem a Gabriella reclamando, e a mesma somente pediu desculpas. Em nenhum momento fez esforço para nos mudar de quarto ou solucionar o problema. Alem disso, wifi muito lento e frigobar nao funcionavam Pessimo. Fomos de lua de mel e atrapalhou nossa viagem. Piores noites. Pedir desculpas e nao cobrar taxa de turismo é uma vergonha. Quando paguei por uma acomodação com ar condicionado e não recebi. E nenhum reembolso foi feito. Nao recomendo para ninguém. nao fiquem nessa acomodação.
