10.0− Que renegamos con los códigos de ingreso. Los camboaron y no nos notificaron hasta que noa comunicamos. Por suerte pudimos comunicarnos.
Buena ubicación para pasar unos pocos días.

8.0L'appartamento è nuovo dotato dell' indispensabile per un soggiorno confortevole, bagno con doccia comoda, prodotti da bagno ottimi, prodotto per la cucina ottimi. Stoviglie e pentole buoni. Lenzuola e asciugamani forniti puliti. Aria condizionata . Posizione top per la visita della città.
− Nella descrizione dell' appartamento non è precisato con chiarezza che ci sono 2 rampe di scale molto ripide per arrivare allo stesso. Quindi non adatto a persone non giovani. Unico problema un malfunzionamento del condizionatore del salottino. Molto disponibili i gestori della struttura.

− The stairs to the apartment is the worst stairs i ever had to go through. Worst is you are new in Venice and you pay a cleaning fees but you have to go around and throw your rubbish yourself which is really a big stupidity. 3rd that sofa bed needs to be changed haha once you move that noise will make you never sleep all night. Never saw a noisy sofa bed like this.. Overall its not worth the money paid.

9.0L'ubicació de l'apartament és perfecta. Està a escasos minuts del Pont de Rialto, el Mercat, parades del Vaporetto. Allotjar-nos hi ha estat un encert. L'apartament és una tercera planta sense ascensor és normal al bell mig de Venècia. L'apartament te tot el necessari per estar-hi uns dies. Els llits són còmodes, l'aire condicionat funciona de manera correcta a tot l'apartament.
− L'únic motiu pel qual podria queixar-me és la tardía en la contesta del responsable de la gestió de l'apartament. Vam posar-nos en contacte amb ell dos cops i les dues vegades va tardar molt en contestar-nos o solucionar-nos el problema.
