Molto vicino a San Marco,semplice ma pulito e tranquillo

− Sono in corso dei piccoli lavoretti di ristrutturazione impiantistica,ma credo agli oggi già risolti.Il mezzanino sulle scale andrebbe pulito un po,ma ci passano tutti....Bisogna indicare anche calle,non solo numero sestriere,per trovare posto.

− We were a family of five: two seniors (one of whom was celebrating a birthday the next morning), two adults, and one child. We booked this specific apartment because it had two bedrooms, a canal view, and a well-furnished living room — essential for us to spend quality time together during this special occasion. However, on the day of arrival, the host contacted us via WhatsApp to inform us that the original apartment was unavailable due to a bathroom issue. They offered no proof or photos and simply redirected us promising "similar apartments." Unfortunately, the alternative accommodations were nothing like what we had reserved. Upon arrival at 16:00, we were offered two separate apartments, 3 minutes apart they said, but it took around 8 minutes to reach, completely defeating the purpose of our booking — to stay together. The conditions of both apartments were extremely poor: First apartment: Tiny kitchen, mismatched and old kitchenware, no dishwasher, dark and damp environment, broken closet, old mattresses, no bidet, constant outside noise due to location. Second apartment: Strong mold smell masked by lots of air fresheners, filthy and greasy surfaces, mold in the shower, poor kitchen condition, no dishwasher, again old mattresses and mismatched, low-quality amenities. We were exhausted from travel and unable to cancel at the last minute, especially during high tourist demand in Venice. It was a distressing experience, particularly given the occasion and our family’s expectations.This is unacceptable and misleading, and we strongly believe the property is misusing your platform to scam travellers by redirecting them to significantly inferior accommodations.

It is a very nice apartment and very good location. It was really beautiful and the beds were very comfortable.

− Hot water didn’t work and the host was not very helpful to solve the problem. We could not shower our entire stay

Charm apartment. Host needs to call back his guests or answer messages.

Clean place, cute apartment. Close to many stores.

− It took us one hour and a half to find the location of the apartment. The apartment is hidden away, in a dark alley like street. Signs posted: "Pickpocket area, be aware" Google maps was not helpful. Directions to the apartment should be written to each guest from a well known place like the RIALTO Bridge. The host should have water bottles available for guests. At least one bottle for each guest. Showered with cold water! No instructions on how to turn the water boiler on.
