Appalling. I was so shocked I didn’t take photos.
1.0I didn’t stay a single night there. I was horrified at the area. It was truly shocking. I realised as soon as I found the place that it was not what was advertised and I informed the owner immediately that it was not what I was led to believe by the advert and reviews and that I could not stay there.
− The location was shocking. The area was unsavoury, the “guesthouse” was just a little 3 bedroom apartment where the owner was renting rooms out. It was in a shocking area. I got stuck in the lift three times. The building was old, dirty, smelly and decrepit. I felt completely unsafe in the area and in the apartment. From the advert, I expected a 4 star guesthouse. It was just a tiny apartment in a shocking dirty area. There was no security in the room. I would have been sharing intimate living space with complete strangers. This was nothing like what I was led to believe. She put me down as a no show which is a lie. I met her at the apartment. I informed her that it was completely unacceptable and I expected a refund. I left immediately.

10.0Pierwszy raz byliśmy w Rzymie ale dzięki Pani Alessandrze i atmosferze jaką tworzyła, nie mogliśmy sobie tego lepiej wymarzyć. Codziennie rano witała nas z uśmiechem i pysznymi, ciepłymi croissantami. Pomogła nam znaleźć bilety do Muzeum Watykańskiego i do Koloseum (my zwątpiliśmy, że w ogóle się da...). Doradzała gdzie dobrze zjeść i co warto zobaczyć... Co do pokoju nie mamy zastrzeżeń, sprzątane codziennie, ręczniki wymieniane... Czysto i schludnie. Okolica spokojna i przede wszystkim bezpieczna. Naprawdę wypoczeliśmy i z pewnością jak będziemy wracać do Rzymu to będziemy się tam zatrzymywać!

10.0Allesandra was a wonderful host. She was very helpful with restaurant suggestions, well just everything! Durning the day we could message her on Whatsapp and she would respond very quickly. The breakfast was good. She offered many coffee choices, croissants, yogurt, fruit, granola, boiled eggs, meats and cheeses, juice and more. Much to choose from. The room was small, but just as pictured. Allesandra arranged for her husband to drive us to the airport. Very handy! The location was great so many good restaurants to walk to. The buses were just around the corner and the train another block away. Very close to the Vatican but just far enough to not feel the crowds.
