Good location, but not a hotel

Location was good, room/apartment was clean.

− This is not a hotel, there are no staff. We received a message the evening before arrival to inform us of the PIN code etc and how to enter the property. The description was a little misleading as we were under the impression we had booked a hotel.

Beautiful, comfy, modern stay

Modern, comfy, free mini bar. Looks like the photos. Located within 15-20mins walk of the old town and on several bus/tram routes (including the tram from the airport - just €1.70). Tasty local restaurants nearby

− Under the bed was dirty/dusty. They would benefit from carpets on the stairs as our room backed onto those and whilst other guests were quiet, we woke up whenever people entered/left as the stairs echoed

Goo location for my needs and spacious room

− My minibar was empty, despite it was advertised as a present from the host. I informed the host twice via whatsApp and got nothing but a "sorry". Italian television was not working: again no help at all from the host. Bed linen were dirty with hair (sent pictures to the host) and bathroom with insects (pictures available), but nothing happened. There is nobody available in person and the staff reached via whatsApp was not helpful at all. There are quite some stairs to get to the Residenza and I had two big luggage. This was not clearly advertised in booking, neither was it advertised that there is not luggage keeping service, so that at 11 o'clock you have to leave the room with all your stuff.

Gute Betten Zentrale Lage Zimmer und Badezimmer sauber

− Einraumzimmer mit vier Betten, Größe entspricht nicht der Angabe bei Booking (75m2), kein persönlicher Ansprechpartner, kein Tisch im Zimmer (für Weingläser oder zum Schminken) nur 2 Stühle für 3 Personen, schlechter Zimmerservice (kein neues Toilettenpapier), Gläser und Kaffeemaschine bei Ankunft nicht sauber, sehr wenig Abstellfläche im Bad, sehr hellhörig vom Flur, keine Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe zum Be-Entladen, insgesamt viel zu teuer für die gebotene Leistung, habe bislang noch nie eine so schlechte Erfahrung gemacht und versuche noch immer über Booking ein Teil der Kosten erstattet zu bekommen

L’arredamento è bello e la stanza era pulita.

− La posizione secondo me non è buona. Per raggiungerla dalla stazione bisogna percorrere una lunga strada non molto bella. Non è un hotel, non c’è una reception e non c’è nemmeno un deposito bagagli. Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo.
